But now in the Billiards Room we are going to put the studs flat against the wall to gain as much space as possible. This involves gluing the studs to the concrete at several points to reduce movement. See Pictures B-1,2) So here we cannot use the plastic. But remember the basement is dry, and there is a water proofing already applied.
