Now the HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing work has started.
And now we wait on Rough In Inspections.
Passed all and passed the Framing Inspection. Now to Insulate the entire space. Code requires the exterior only but we will insulate all walls and ceilings to reduce sound transfer. The cost of sound insulation in my opinion is well worth every penny.
Now we have all inspections needed to close the walls. Sheetrock is next.
Well now the sheetrock is well underway and ready to be sanded and primed with paint.
